Side on view of the Main Office of the Public Service Commission in the capital of Samoa, Apia on the island of Upolu. On the roof is a modern version of a traditional oval Samoan fale. The Government building which was funded by China. The style was not very well liked so the fale-like structure was added at the last minute to help make it look at least somewhat Samoan.
